2. Digital Products and Online Courses
2.1 Refund Eligibility
For digital products, e-books, and online courses purchased through our website, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
2.2 Refund Requirements
To be eligible for a refund on digital products:
- Your request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
- For online courses, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course material
2.3 Non-Refundable Digital Items
The following digital items are non-refundable:
- Individual articles or blog content that has been accessed or downloaded
- Digital products clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
- Digital products that have been fully downloaded, accessed, or consumed
3. Styling Services
3.1 Personal Styling Consultations
For personal styling consultations and virtual styling sessions:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion
3.2 Wardrobe Audits and Personal Shopping Services
For in-person wardrobe audits and personal shopping services:
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service are eligible for a refund of the remaining balance
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled within 30 days
4. Physical Products
4.1 Return Eligibility
For physical products purchased through our website:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
4.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked as "final sale"
- Personal care items or accessories that have been used or opened
- Custom-made or personalized items
4.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Upon approval, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the product securely with all original packaging and include the return authorization number
- Ship the return using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions
4.4 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
4.5 Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
5. Subscription Services
5.1 Subscription Cancellations
For our subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the current billing cycle
5.2 Free Trial Conversions
If you cancel a subscription during the free trial period and before the first payment is charged, no charges will be applied. If you cancel after the free trial has converted to a paid subscription, the cancellation policy in section 5.1 applies.
6. Events and Workshops
For styling events, workshops, and seminars:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not refundable
- In all cases, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in advance
In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled event.
